The Rustler 9 are men's freestyle skis from Blizzard.
The newest addition to a Rustler range that has been fully approved by critics in recent years. The Rustler 9is a new version, narrower than its older brothers the Rustler 10 and 11. This ski is an incredible combination of pure performance and playfulness.
As for shape, with a 94mm waistand a double rocker, the Rustler 9 is a very playful, versatile ski. Very manageable on the piste, whether making wide or short turns, everything happens in the blink of an eye and with disconcerting ease with the Rustler 9. Its lift remains very good and takes off in a flash thanks to an efficient rocker. With a classic camber under the foot and reduced sidecuts compared to other skis in the range, it holds it own on all terrain and will be perfect for spring skiing.
The Rustler 9has a balanced core made from different woods. Advanced Carbon Flipcore D.R.T.technology has a big impact on the ski's flex: rigid and totally stable underfoot thanks to the presence of a Titanal layer, it's much more playful around the edges, with unidirectional carbon supports which reduce longitudinal rigidity but increase torsional resistance. Tail and tip are therefore much more progressive and playful, whilst remaining stable, so you can express your style in all snow conditions. This also creates incredible handling for such a wide ski, and great comfort so riding is always enjoyable.
A structured base, heel reinforcement and anti-vibration plates finish off this exceptional ski.
With the Rustler 9, Blizzard has added the missing piece to its Freeride range. A ski with a freeride construction and shape, but trimmed in size compared to the other skis in the range. This gives it a high degree of stability under all conditions. This ski is great for perfecting your turns and having fun on the slopes, but will also be able to take on a freeride line or ride in the forest on powdery days.
